I finished rereading The Last Archer by S.D. Smith today. I’d forgotten how deep Jo Shanks was. . . I spent most of the novella feeling bad for him, but also wishing someone would knock some sense into his head. Don’t let the “Middle Grade” label on these books deceive you–the characters are fascinating.
If you haven’t read an S.D. Smith book, get off my blog and go check the library.
Thanks for sharing, Hanna!
You’re welcome! You know I love talking about books. 😉
Haha, I do! 😉 <3
Maybe you could do a review on it!
*promptly gets off your blog and goes to check the library* ;D
I love you, Savannah. Of course you did! 🙂
Given your love for archery, I highly recommend the Ranger Apprentice series (11 books) by John Flanagan. The Royal Ranger series (3 books, so far) might be particularly interesting to you, but you really should read the first seven or so of the first series before jumping to the Royal Ranger.
I actually have a couple friends who are already bugging me to read those books. The recommendations are stacking up. . .
